Pilot is a full body workout that targets virtually every muscle group in the body's front and back kinetic chains creating a total-body workout. This is primarily a strength workout so form in execution is essential and you should focus on feeling the way your muscles move as you exercise for that total-body awareness effect that changes the efficacy of every exercise.
