DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Perseus is a Level IV, total body strength workout that uses a combination of concentric and eccentric muscle movements to challenge virtually every major muscle group in the body. This is great as a means of building muscle or leveling up as well as increasing strength. Add EC to test your recovery time and fitness level and you have the kind of workout that you will remember for some time to come.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
