DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Overtime is a deceptive-looking workout. It looks easy enough to do but it calls upon tendons as well as large muscle groups. The result is a workout that will challenge your recovery rate, make your heart and lungs work hard and give you the means to level up, over time.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
