Outrider is a workout that uses a combination of both dynamic and static exercises to raise your body temperature and improve your fitness level. This is a strength workout that uses some large muscle groups so a little extra oxygen expenditure is to be expected. Perfect for those days when going outside is not an option and space is at a premium. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
