Optimum Burn is a high-burn, aerobic workout that tests your VO2 Max capacity and activates your cardiovascular system. In a combination of exercises that target upper and lower body muscles in various load-bearing activities of overlapping intensity it forces you to dig into your resources to complete it at Level III. Add EC and you have a real challenge on your hands.   
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
