Optimized is a workout that targets muscle coordination and kinetic chain optimization. It is perfect as a means of increasing muscle control, body balance and the power output of coordinated muscle groups. It helps develop greater body control. It can be combined with other workouts if necessary or used as a stand-alone session, especially if you add EC. 
Extra Credit: Keep your arms and legs up during hollow hold (#7), don't drop them down.
