It was Bruce Lee who famously said: "I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times." His comment goes to the value of consistency over mere volume as a means to perfect technique. One Kick is a workout that helps you get to grips with your side-kick technique. At the same time you develop better tendon strength, muscle control, balance and coordination.
