DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Once Upon A Time is a workout that targets every major muscle group in your body. It activates chemical changes in your blood that, in turn, drive changes in your muscles at a cellular level. It does that gradually. It builds on the body's adaptive response system to deliver lasting changes. But you do need to do it often and, yes EC helps too. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
