DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
You know you're on a roll when you smoothly flow from standing to floor exercises and back again without missing a beat. On The Roll is a deceptive workout. It looks like it will be easy since most of the exercises don't require a lot of movement but it is designed to use both the front and back kinetic chains of the body and, as a result, it activates lungs and heart and gets your cardiovascular system going. You may want to add EC. Notice we said "may". 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
