Not Perfect is your reminder that “showing up” beats “waiting until everything is flawless” every single time. This routine focuses on side leg raises, front leg raises, arm circles and calf raises - simple moves that wake up your hips, glutes, shoulders and calves, improve balance and posture, and get blood flowing without demanding superhero energy. It’s gentle, accessible and form-friendly, which makes it ideal for days when you’re tired, overwhelmed, in your feelings, or just not in the mood to negotiate with burpees. You move, you breathe, you do your best with what you’ve got today - that’s the whole point.

Use Not Perfect as a recovery day session, a warm-up, a bedtime reset or a “did something” anchor when life is messy. Focus on control rather than speed: steady leg raises, long strong arm circles, smooth calf raises, and proud posture even if your brain is in pyjamas. Every rep is a tiny vote for consistency over all-or-nothing thinking. Some days your sets will feel easy, some days they’ll feel surprisingly heavy - both versions count, because you did them.
