Not Awake Yet is an agility-based workout that helps your flexibility, strengthens your joints, improves your breathing technique and blood circulation and makes you feel generally happier and more energetic after you finish. During Jumping Jacks stay on the balls of your feet and try to avoid your heels making contact with the floor. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
