No Wrong Answers is a workout that targets the upper body in a deceptively persistent way. It won't tax you in a metabolic load way but by targeting tendons and ligaments as well as muscles it will challenge your body's ability to perform without feeling the load. Add EC and you're on your way to triggering the adaptive response you seek for long-term, positive, physical change.
