DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Nightingale is a full body strength workout that uses the body's own weight to increase the load on specific muscle groups by changing the joint angle in specific activities. In this way the load the muscles experience changes from one exercise to the next but there is always a load being applied. This speeds up the body's own adaptive response which leads to an increase in strength. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
