DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Take two dumbbells, add one warm body, mix in some focus, sprinkle attention to form liberally, stir for five sets. Don't forget to break between each set. The recipe for success is in the Moving Mountains workout. Designed to specifically target all the major muscle groups in the body it will leave you feeling stronger than before, especially if you go EC. 
Extra Credit: Use 8kg+ (16lb+) dumbbells.
