DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Combat moves are hard on your body because they recruit a large number of muscles in order to execute them correctly and require constant mindfulness throughout the exercise. The Modern Girl workout takes you through some pretty tough paces as it demands you find your inner balance and unleash your warrior spirit. EC is a requirement really, but then you knew that already. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
