DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Messenger is a total body workout that spreads the load you experience and allows your body to adapt in smaller, less intensive yet still very helpful ways. As part of building strength, developing stamina and improving range of motion, this one is a must. You can EC but only after you conquer it at Level III. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
