DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
There are some days when you really want to work your whole body without, however, resorting to digging deep into your resources just to keep on going. For those days we have the Meltdown workout. A total body blast which is just on the right side of effort. Now that we've told you all that we know you're overcome with the desire to drop everything and just do it. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
