Maxed Out! is only a difficulty level II workout but it is fast-paced and it does use the entire body in a ballistic way that makes a large oxygen demand from your lungs. This means that it will raise your body temperature and make you sweat, fast. Use Maxed Out! when you're ready to work out but don't want to empty your batteries and you will find that after you finish you will feel a whole lot better.
