Max Out is a difficulty Level IV workout that loads your lungs by moving large muscle groups all the time and it keeps on loading them as you go from one exercise to another and one set to the next. Form is crucial here, despite the need for a high rep count. Use both arms and legs in coordination in March Steps and High Knees. Go as high as you can as you jump during Burpees.
