Manifest is a Yoga-based workout that promotes agility, flexibility and improved joint health. While it appears to be fairly easy it is a difficulty Level III workout which means it will stretch (pun intended) your capabilities. Stretching contributes to better blood flow within muscle fibers and improved circulation. We also know it contributes to getting stronger. Add EC if you can, you will feel the benefits.
