DAREBEE Workout: What it Works

Magician is all about quiet sleight of hand in your upper body. Static front and lateral holds load the delts while the real crew behind the curtain gets stronger - rotator cuff, lower traps, and serratus anterior. Chest expansions open tight pecs, lift the collarbones, and take pressure off the neck, so your posture stacks tall without effort. The burn arrives like a slow glow and stays just long enough to teach endurance through clean positions, not grit-your-teeth tension.

Then the trick changes angles. Arm circles and scissors groove smooth scapular rhythm - up, around, and back down - so the blades glide instead of shrug. Keep ribs down, chin level, and wrists long as you move. Think soft elbows, thumbs slightly up to invite external rotation, and shoulder blades sliding like quiet doors. By the final set, Magician leaves you feeling lighter through the neck, broader across the chest, and ready for strong, effortless reaching, carrying, and pressing.

Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
