DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Combat skills workouts challenge the entire body inside and out. The combinations of dynamic, balanced movements coupled with the demands between lower/upper body coordination help develop stronger tendons, improve overall fascial fitness and a stronger core. Lioneheart does all that plus it helps a little with flexibility and, naturally VO2 Max as the muscle groups that are worked are pretty large ones.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
