DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
The physical limits we face are often imposed by the elasticity of our muscles, the range of movement permitted by our tendons and the strength and flexibility of our ligaments. Limitless is a stretching workout that helps you overcome some of those limits and perhaps explore the boundary of others. Add EC and it becomes exponentially harder. 
Extra Credit: Hold each pose for 60 seconds.
