Limitless is your lower-body freedom session - a focused stretching flow designed to give your hips, inner thighs, hamstrings and sides more room to move. Long holds in lateral lunges and wide-stance positions open up the muscles that get tight from sitting, running, lifting or just existing in shoes all day. Each 30-second hold is long enough to let your body stop fighting and start releasing, helping improve flexibility, stability and joint comfort without forcing anything. Think of it as maintenance for everything that carries you, so squats feel cleaner, kicks go higher and daily movement stops feeling like you’re wearing invisible jeans two sizes too small.

This is the kind of routine you run when you want to feel “un-stuck.” Use it after cardio or strength work to bring your heart rate down while you restore length to tired muscles, or on off-days as a stand-alone reset. Focus on controlled breathing and alignment: weight balanced, knees tracking safely, spine long.
