Combining weights with callisthenics Lift & Tone is a workout that delivers quite the kick despite the fact that each set is relatively short. This means that it targets the whole body and recruits a lot of satellite muscle groups while it does it. So, you really need to have this on your horizon regardless. And add EC, you know it's a must.
