DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Turn your body into a weapon and push your fitness level to new heights with The Legend workout. A combination of combat moves, squats and floor exercises allows you to challenge gravity, train for fascial fitness and develop limb speed and coordination. The alteration in heavy/light muscle groups being used allows for a gradual load to your VO2 Max which will only get better if you add EC.     
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
