DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
When you've been through a workout going for one more minute delivers results way beyond what you'd expect from the time involved. The Last Minute workout is the workout you add to your workout after you've finished, almost like a desert. The effect will be that you push your body further than you thought was possible and make leveling up way easier. 
Extra Credit: Use it as a finisher for your cardio workouts, for a week.
