DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
A strong core enables you to do anything that requires balance, distributed load, explosive move or rotational motion, better. This pretty much includes everything. Killer core is a workout that targets your core. You should do it as often as you can. It will change the way your body generates power and then distributes it to the muscles that need it most. 
Extra Credit: Keep the plank throughout the set, don't drop down.
