DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
As the name suggests Kickstart will kickstart your fitness drive, help you train on days when you don't really feel like training or ease you back into training after a short time away. This is a great all-rounder that is fun to do (aren't they all, though?) and delivers some quality work to help your muscles get back to life. Add EC. You know you want to!  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
