DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Playing with a sword or a sword substitute puts tremendous pressure on the muscle groups that power it. A thorough warm-up helps the body get ready to wield the katana at full force. All of the exercises in the Katana Warmup will prepare the body for more complex katana moves. The katana infinity move is shown in the video below and, at a pinch can become a full warm-up in its own right. 
Extra Credit: 30 seconds rest between sets.
