DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Just Lift! is a workout that asks you to do exactly what it says. There is a considerable amount of exercise science behind each exercise, the specific movements chosen, the ensemble and the outcomes that will stem from them, especially when you factor in the rest time. All you have to do then is reach for your dumbbells and ... lift.  
Extra Credit: Use 10lb+ (5kg+) dumbbells minimum.
