Isometric Strength is a total body strength workout that helps you develop stronger muscles and tendons and achieve greater control over your body. Its mix of standing and floor exercises and the use of equipment is designed to trigger specific adaptations that will help you get fitter a little faster. It is not ideal for beginners or anyone returning to fitness after a long lay-off but it should definitely be in your future plans. 
Extra Credit: Hold each pose for 60 seconds.
