DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Hyperion uses the body's weight to put some stress on tendons, abs, core and satellite muscle groups. It is a physically demanding workout precisely because it requires good body control and that only comes when the native strength of our muscles is aligned with the strength of tendons and satellite muscle groups. This should be a workout you come to every time you hit a plateau and need to begin to push yourself through it to reach the next level. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
