Hummingbird is a no-equipment yoga-based workout that helps you develop better balance, a stronger core, greater hip mobility and greater lower body stability and flexibility, all at the same time. This is a great workout to put in effect for the days when you need to work on core and muscle stability but don't have the energy to put into a massively difficult workout. 
Extra Credit: Hold each pose for 90 seconds.
