Abs need constant work in order to be strong, supple and well-defined. The Homemade Abs workout helps you keep your abs in shape by targeting the four major abdominal muscle groups. Add EC to test your muscle recovery time and you have a workout that should be done at least once a month, if not more often, as an addition to everything else you are doing.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
