DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
You don't need to leave the comfort of your home to enjoy a full hiking workout. Hiker works the same muscles and tendons and, depending on how good your form is and how hard you go, you end up burning way more energy than you may have thought was possible. Add EC and the challenge gets real despite the low difficulty level in the rating.
