The Highway to Hell workout is just the opening of the aptly named Hell Week. We've gone to some length here to make sure you don't feel comfortable doing any of the workouts prepared under this particular theme. The challenge of course is to see just how far you can get. And yes, this one is difficulty Level V, which means it's not for you if you're new to all this (but keep it on your radar as you get fitter).
