DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Hermes was the winged messenger of the ancient Greek gods so you know the Hermes workout will help you develop speed, stretch your aerobic capacity and test your power of recovery. Form is essential here. High Knees require the knee to get to waist height and you always land on the ball of the foot. Add EC and the sweat comes that much sooner.
