DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Heel is a workout that will have your body moving, your lungs working and your heart pumping, all at the same time! It uses combat moves to help you throw your mass behind your limbs in three dimensional space which is a fancy way of saying that it makes you more capable and sure of yourself. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
