Harmony is a quiet, 60-second-at-a-time negotiation with your body. Each hold smooths the edges: shoulders unhook, ribs soften, hips find their track again. You stack head over heart, heart over pelvis, and let the breath do the heavy lifting. Micro-adjustments become the work - press the shins, lengthen the back of the neck, broaden the collarbones - until the pose feels less like “holding” and more like floating in place. It’s calm, not sleepy; composed, not rigid.

As the sequence unfolds, the front line unknots and the back line wakes up. Long folds rinse the lower back, hip cradles free up stride, and gentle backbends turn on the deep support crew around the spine. Coordination and control sharpen in stillness, and posture organizes itself from the inside out. By the final lift you feel taller, clearer, and evenly tuned - like someone dialed your whole system to the same station.
