DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Hardy is an upper body strength workout that will test your limits. Its to-the-max approach on reps activates the body's adaptive response for fast strength gains. This makes it unsuitable for those just starting out or those coming back into fitness after a long lay-off. But that doesn't mean it shouldn't be on your horizon. 
Extra Credit: Hit a minimum 10 reps for pull-ups every time.
