DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Eventually we all feel the need for a workout that will take us to the edge of what we can do. The Goon workout is a full body strength and tone workout that is that rare difficulty Level V. You will want to keep this one in your "I want to do this" list, exactly for that reason. And don't forget to add EC. 
Extra Credit: Hit a minimum of 20 reps for decline push-ups every time.
