DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Gargoyle is a workout that uses predominantly, specific isotonic exercises to help you build the kind of strength only a carved stone guardian of an interdimensional portal could project. You're fighting gravity here and your own bodyweight so be precise, be methodical, pay attention to form and build up your sets until you can completely own this one. You need EC, of course. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
