DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
FullBody Render is a Level IV full-body workout that also uses a set of weights to help you develop strength, balance, coordination and endurance. Add EC as part of the challenge and you then have an additional load to your VO2 Max. Do it each time you want to push the boundaries of your performance and you will definitely feel the benefits of it in increased physical ability. 
Extra Credit: Do minimum 20 push-ups, 20 sit-ups and 20 leg raises.
