DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Full-Body Power is a dumbbell-based workout designed to help you develop total body strength. This, in turn, is transformed to sheer physical power when muscles are aligned along the body's kinetic chains for specific complex power moves. It also helps your cardiovascular system though aerobically it is not very taxing. 
Extra Credit: Use 10 lb+ (5 kg+) dumbbells minimum.
