Four Minute Plank is precisely what its name declares - two hundred and forty seconds of continuous planking, divided among four variations so no single position breaks you before the clock does. Full plank, elbow plank, side elbow plank and uneven plank rotate through timed intervals, and the only equipment is a floor and your refusal to come off it.

The rotation is what makes four minutes survivable, and it is smarter than simply enduring. The full plank and elbow plank trade the load between straight-arm shoulder support and forearm-based core demand - two versions of the same hold that tax subtly different links in the chain. The side elbow planks turn the challenge ninety degrees, handing each oblique chain thirty seconds of solo work while the front of your trunk recovers. The uneven plank - one forearm down, one hand planted - is the sneakiest interval on the card, loading each shoulder asymmetrically and forcing your core to level out a base that refuses to be level. Then the opening pair returns to close the account, meeting muscles that remember them from three minutes ago and are not pleased.

The standard never changes across all six intervals: one straight line from head to heels, glutes tight, hips neither piked toward the ceiling nor sagging toward the floor. In the side plank, stack shoulder over elbow and keep your hips lifted high. In the uneven plank, resist the tilt - the entire exercise lives in keeping your shoulders level when your base is not. Breathe steadily throughout; a held breath makes every second longer.

Four minutes. One position, four dialects. The clock only moves for those who hold still.

Make it Harder: Raise one leg for the final ten seconds of every interval.

Make it Easier: Instead of doing full 4 minutes, count to 10 when holding each pose.

I appreciate the flexibility of levels and types of workouts and the amazing amount of content being offered for free. The amount and variety of content is overwhelming to start but the filters really help narrow everything down. And if I still can't make a decision, the monthly challenges and daily movements are a great start. One of my favorite features is the video exercise library. When I'm not sure how to do a movement or exercise correctly, it's easy to find and watch a quick tutorial. (The dashboard and ability to create sorted bookmarks of favorite workouts are also very helpful)

I have always wanted to find a place that would meet me at my level wherever I am, encourage me to stay motivated, fit in my busy schedule, not require a gym membership, offer variety, be fun, help me feel like part of a team without leaving my house, and still be affordable. That has been my dream. So Darebee.com makes my dream a reality. It does all that and more. I would highly, highly recommend this site to absolutely anyone.

Yes, the workouts are awesome and I like them very much. They are easy to understand and don't require much knowledge so you can simply start working out. BUT what I think is at least as great is the design and functionality of the website. It is just so clean and well organized. I love the filter functions, they work very well and you can find exactly what you need in seconds. Also the bookmark feature is just awesome! The way you can organize the bookmarks, create different collections and sort them so efficiently is very thoughtful and way better than I have seen it on many bigger platforms. I think it is just an example where one can see that the Darebee team not only strives to create the best workouts but for excellence on every level. Tank you! You are doing an awesome job!
