DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Martial arts is all about legendary fists and fast-moving legs. This is a martial arts workout that focuses on upper body strength, though obviously your body is your real weapon so there are exercises that target other muscle groups also which is why we there is upper/lower body coordination.
