The Fire Punch workout, as expected, puts some fire back into your punches. Punches are not made in the biceps. or even the shoulders. It takes strong legs and a good core to drive them home. The Fire Punch workout delivers on all those fronts. Add EC and you're also testing your aerobic capacity.
