The kinetic chain is a combination of successively arranged joints that create a coordinated movement. The upper kinetic chain consists of the fingers, wrists, forearms, elbows, upper arms, shoulders, shoulder blades, and spinal column. The lower kinetic chain includes the toes, feet, ankles, lower legs, knees, upper legs, hips, pelvis, and spine. Fallback may only be a difficulty Level II workout but it targets many of the key links in both the upper and lower kinetic chains of the body. Do it regularly and you will reap the benefits in your performance.
Extra Credit: Hold the final stretch for 2 minutes.
