There are days when you feel lethargic, your body heavier than usual. Well, for those days the Energizer workout will activate your muscles, get your blood pumping and your heart racing, making you feel alive. This is a great starter workout or the kind of workout you do when you don't really feel like working out, but know you should anyway!
