DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
We do use our legs every day. That doesn't mean we don't need to also exercise them. Easy Legs is a relatively easy legs workout that targets, as you may have already guessed, the large muscle groups of the legs. As such it ends up being a little harder than you might at first think it is, especially if you also add EC to it. 
Extra Credit: 20 seconds rest between exercises.
